Markon Solutions is actively looking for a Data Curator. The Data Curator ensures best practices, consistency, and well-articulated standard operating procedures in the cataloging/curation of mission data assets, as well as input to updated training offerings. While specific experience in client curation tasks or tools is not required, some level of expertise in the discipline or foundational concepts associated with curation is required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Philosophy, or Library Sciences (or another field with relevant curation experience); advanced degree preferred
• Familiarity with Sponsor data compliance requirements
• Demonstrated attention to detail
• Excellent written communication skills
• Experience working in a Sponsor mission center highly desired
• Experience using a proprietary or commercial data cataloging tool or platform (e.g. Omni, Collibra, Informatica, Alation) highly desired
