Your experience in Phase I/II studies, investigations, assessments, remediation design and compliance, as well as a passion for the environment, is what keeps you motivated in this field. You will be part of a dynamic, growing, and energized team - and your role is key to the success of ECS. While your job duties may fluctuate day to day, here are some areas we expect to see you proficient in:

    Daily management of all phases of environmental projects:

  • Phase I/II Studies, wetland delineations, groundwater, and soil investigations

  • Risk Assessments and Hydrogeologic Studies

  • Underground storage tank assessment and remediation assessments

  • Industrial Hygiene Services

  • Report and proposal preparation and review

  • Budgeting and invoicing

  • Marketing including development of a client database and business development

  • State and local environmental regulations

What We're Looking For
  • BS in Geology or a discipline related to Environmental Science

  • 3-5 years of Geology, Environmental Engineering or related experience

  • Professional Engineer (PE) or Professional Geologist (PG) license would go a long way

  • Illinois Asbestos and/or Lead Paint Inspector licenses would go a long way
