Responsibilities

The HRIS Analyst Associate will support and maintain assigned HR systems and processes in the HRIS portfolio as a technical point-of-contact for functional users within AIR and assist subject matter experts with ensuring application administration, utilization, configuration, data integrity, testing of system changes, and data outflows. The HRIS Analyst Associate will also work to improve overall system utilization by promoting improvement opportunities and deployment of new solutions.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

    Provide support for researching and resolving system issues on assigned business systems in the HRIS portfolio
  • Research and log defects or problems and partner with vendor or internal resources to get timely resolution
  • Work with end users to confirm fixes and train them on needed steps to ensure future success
  • Support deployment of system upgrades and patches with appropriate assessment of pipeline impact and SDLC best practices
  • Write and maintain test scripts; test functional and configuration changes to ensure requirements are met and absence of functional errors before user acceptance testing and ultimate deployment of changes
  • Create and deploy reports from assigned systems in HRIS portfolio using enterprise reporting tools
  • Scope and define requirements for integrations of data flows from one system to another, and work with development resources to implement them
  • Update user and administration guides as new functionality/customizations are implemented; document process flows of HR processes to facilitate upgrade/implementation activities
  • Analyze workflows and process flows and make improvements to maximize technological capabilities
  • Maintain data integrity in assigned systems by creating data audits and analysis tools and queries
  • Coordinate changes on internal SharePoint sites as necessary
  • Assist with other technical-oriented projects as assigned
  • Back-up for assigned Functional HR System administrators
  • Perform other analysis and assist with projects as requested
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent degree in Business, Human Resources, or Information Technology or related field required
  • Experience in a modern HR organization
  • 2-4 years progressively responsible experience in HRIS
  • Superuser experience working with human resource information systems and reporting tools
  • Working knowledge of HRIS methodologies, data privacy norms, RDBM, and SDLC best practices
  • Proficiency with SQL (Select statements)
  • Strong proficiencies in MS Office, especially Excel and Access
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills required to work in a collaborative environment
  • Demonstrated time-management and decision-making skills needed to meet deadlines

Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis. Employment-based visa sponsorship (including H-1B sponsorship) is not available for this position. Depending on project work, qualified candidates may need to meet certain residency requirements.
