The Marketing Specialist servesina supporting role forcustomersegments with high activation activities to maintain progress within cross-functional teams of: Sales, MarCom, and Marketing.The role provides unique value byanalyzing data atvarious levels ofgranularityto ensure smooth operation,providinga reliable flow of information, andsheddinginsightsonpatterns/trends.The candidatedrivescontinuousimprovementthrough the analysis of marketing dataand providesinsights tothe business'scentralmarketing team.

Responsibilities

  • Helps coordinate the execution of the business's strategy by collaborating with Marketing Communications, various Marketing Leaders, Sales Managers, and Customer Service Representatives throughout the customer journey (from initial awareness to eventual loyalty)
  • Continuously improves quality of post-launch execution and results
  • Responsible for ensuring data integrity across several portals including SAP, the business's Addressable Market Maps (AMM), digital in-house tools, and SalesForce.com/Opportunity Management (SFDC/OM).
  • Resolves issues with the data connections between the various portals: SFDC/OM, AMM, and the in-house tools.
  • Supports the development of improved insights in SFDC/OM
  • Contributes to market sensing due to interaction with lead generation funnel as well as insight generation from observations on consumer behavior and preferences at point of sales
  • Serves as regional marketing support for moving a Marketing Qualified Lead (MQL) to a Sales Qualified Lead (SQL)
  • Provides local support for Sales team for executing local leads and helping them follow SSOs
  • Effectively collaborates with different parts of the business and supports Sales and Marketing with operational execution
  • Represents the business within Marketing Communications and other centers of excellence
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field required
  • Prior experience in commercial, marketing, data analytics, or relevant technical roles is preferred
  • Strong business/marketing/data analytics acumen
  • Strong interpersonal/communication skills, and consistently demonstrates the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders in a dynamic work environment
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, and specifically with advanced Microsoft Excel techniques such as pivot tables
  • Good attention to detail, organizational skills, time management skills, and a strong bias for action
