We are currently hiring a Senior Manager, Real Estate & Facilities in Boston, MA or Remote.

The Sr. Manager, Real Estate and Facilities will work with cross-functional partners to develop the real estate and facilities strategies and capabilities to support the Company's 10+ production, hospitality, and office locations.

What You'll Do:

  • Ensures that company offices and hospitality locations are maintained in a quality manner to provide a conducive working environment for our coworkers
  • Serve as a liaison between the company and property owner/management; directs and assists local company coworkers in this effort
  • Develops and directs a corporate facility management program to provide consistency and
  • appropriateness of leased and owned facilities. Maintains corporate image standards. Maintains consistent application of corporate space standards
  • Provides oversight for office renovation and construction
  • Responsible for managing real estate brokers and for lease negotiations for all properties
  • Develops and executes strategic space and facility plans for all office locations
  • Negotiates with outside vendors for building-related services, such as: Building maintenance and repairs; Specialty cleaning; Construction services; Office equipment leases and/or purchases, and maintenance
  • Responsible with liaising with IT to ensure appropriate technology enabled at facilities

What We're Looking For:

  • 4-year Bachelor's degree
  • 10+ years' experience in related corporate real estate fields, including transactions, project
  • management and facilities management
  • Experience with the preparation and implementation of short and long term capital and operating budgets
  • Demonstrated customer service qualities and cost management mindset
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
