This notice is being provided pursuant to Department of Labor regulations, 20 C.F.R. * 655.734. Milliman, Inc. is filing Form ETA 9035, Labor Condition Application for H-1B Nonimmigrant, with a validity period of October 1, 2021 to September 30, 2024, in connection with the hiring of an H-1B nonimmigrant in the occupation of Actuaries at One Pennsylvania Plaza, 38th Fl., New York, NY 10119, 408 E 92nd St., Apt. 27D, New York, NY 10128, and 71 S Wacker Dr., 31st Fl., Chicago, IL 60606. The wages offered to the H-1B worker are the same as offered to U.S. workers in similar positions and with similar qualifications ($81,994 or higher per year). The Labor Condition Application is available for public inspection at 1301 Fifth Avenue, Suite 3800, Seattle, WA 98101. Complaints alleging misrepresentation of material facts in the labor condition application may be filed with any office of the Wage and Hour Division of the United States Department of Labor.
