Job Overview

We have an exciting opportunity for an International Senior Tax Analyst to our Corporate Tax team. This role can be located at our corporate offices in Milwaukee, WI or Chicago, IL (near O'Hare).
In this role you will have the opportunity to obtain a broad-based knowledge in all areas of international tax, while learning about and partnering with the business. The International Senior Tax Analyst is responsible for assisting in tax compliance, planning, accounting and audit defense projects which will include involvement in acquisitions, divestitures and reorganizations, and assist in forecasting effects of proposed international tax law changes. The individual will deliver value through continuous process improvement in the tax compliance and reporting area. The position reports directly to the Manager International Tax and will also work closely with the Senior Manager International Tax.

Key Job Responsibilities
  • Prepare and review U.S. International tax filings, such as Forms 5471, 8858, 1118, F1120F, etc., using ONESOURCE Income Tax.
  • Prepare and review Foreign Tax Credit calculations, foreign income inclusions schedules such as GILTI, Subpart F, 987 gain/loss for proper reporting on the US tax return
  • Preparation of the annual and quarterly international tax provisions.
  • Coordinate data and information flow from our U.S. and foreign colleagues to meet various objectives of our tax compliance and reporting.
  • Assist management in various projects that originate from ongoing international tax planning such as cash repatriation, restructurings/acquisitions, etc.
  • Assist with tax planning and research to determine the best current and future tax footing for the Company such as Foreign Tax Credit planning, minimizing BEAT taxation, etc.
  • Assist in identifying issues or potential for exposure relating to the company's foreign operations and work with management to take the appropriate steps to mitigate any exposures.
  • Assist with U.S. International tax audits.
  • Assist in the preparation and maintenance of tax department Sarbanes documentation.
  • Assist with international tax issues as they relate to Domestic income tax compliance or reporting.
Qualifications/Requirements
  • 2-4 years minimum experience with public accounting Firm or Industry
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting. Advanced degree in accounting or tax preferred. Certified Public Accountant or other certification.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with internal and external clients.
  • Competency with Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Good organizational and documentation skills.
  • A team player who adapts quickly and effectively to changing priorities.
  • Motivated self-starter who is comfortable working alone or as part of a group.
  • Desire and ability to continue to learn and work on new projects.
