Private Equity Fund Director

We are working with a top-tier real estate firm seeking an individual to play an integral role in establishing/building/growing a new PE investment platform that will operate, in an integrated way, alongside the existing larger enterprise. This platform is aimed at attracting/managing third-party institutionalcapital from both domestic and international blue-chip investors, and will grow rapidly through 2021 and beyond ($3B+ in expected AUM next year).

This is a comprehensive, wide-breadth role, with a great deal of runway for growth, and is a cornerstone position in a group that will be critical to the continued success of the firm.

Requirements/Experience:

• BS/BA in finance, accounting, real estate, or related field
• 8+ years of experienceworking for a leading CRE fund or real estate company
• Ability to establish best-in-class financialprocesses, controls, systems, in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
• Experience working with all of the pertinent CRE investment partners - hedge funds, private equity, mutual funds, pension funds, etc. - in both a high-level and granular capacity
• Extensive experience with fund operations/reporting, and JV accounting
• Experience interfacing with fund administrators, third-party auditors/tax professionals, and a global institutional investment community
