Job Description

Summary:

In this role, you will act as the first line of contact for member assistance. You will support a variety of performance improvement (PI) programs. You will be an essential component of the delivery of our program projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicates directly to the member via emails, phone calls and the virtual community.

  • Listens actively; openly shares and receives information with members, colleagues, and staff.

  • Takes actions to meet and / or exceed expectations; responds quickly and avoids over commitments.

  • Tracks participation, project and webinar enrollment and participation.

  • Identifies, tracks, and resolves issues in a timely manner.

  • Schedules and hosts member calls and webinars.

  • Serves as a member resource for questions, enrollment assistance, etc.

  • Works with web content and community teams to ensure materials are kept up to date.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant degree preferred.

  • 2 or more years of relevant experience.

  • Program management/quality improvement/performance improvement experience preferred.

  • Experience working with clients/members is preferred.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite preferred.

  • Demonstrate good organizational and communication skills.

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills are needed.

Estimated Hiring Range:

$57,900.00 - $83,900.00
