Production Scheduling Execution of Processes and Procedures: Utilize established processes and procedures, to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services to internal and external customers

  • Provide customer service with timely and accurate delivery information.
  • Provide support for platform and business teams using supply chain processes, while facilitating effective communication between sales/marketing, manufacturing, account services and purchasing. Utilize standard planning procedures/policies/manuals
  • Drive continuous improvement processes thru network optimization, cost reductions and improved service in collaboration with other stakeholders and functions with the company
  • Accurately maintain production schedules in SAP, while maintaining appropriate SAP master data
  • Lead shutdown planning effort for areas of responsibility.
  • Work with plant manufacturing, corporate transportation, customer service and the commercial group to implement delivery and cost performance.

Production Scheduling strategy and process utilization, Analytics, and Metrics Drive adherence to supply chain planning procedures, processes and standards that ensures timely and efficient delivery of products to customers

  • Implement the strategic vision for Supply Chain Planning with internal and external customers
  • Utilize financial and business analytics, metrics & models for tracking and optimizing the planning network considering the total cost of ownership
  • Ensure that Supply Chain Planning operations and support are aligned with Supply Chain, Business and company goals and objectives
  • Utilize weekly and monthly performance metrics including key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive performance improvement.
  • Provide supply network optimization analysis to identify optimize assets, thus reducing costs and improving delivery performance.

Financial Management and Leadership: Meet the needs of the customer while supporting department and company financial goals and objectives. Optimize supply network for areas of responsibility through effective utilization of supply chain tools and best practices.

  • Optimize supply chain network assets including plant infrastructure through effective use of SAP and collaboration with the commercial organization and other supply chain organizations
  • Utilize financial and business analytics, metrics & models for tracking and optimizing the planning network considering the total cost of ownership Participate in monthly demand management and supply meetings.
  • Develop SAP and supply chain skillset to provide optimal performance related to:
    • Planning and Scheduling of Plant Resources
    • Capacity Analyses
    • Inventory Management
    • Network Optimization
    • Relationship Management
  • Manage and optimize SAP Data

Technology: Drive implementation of IT systems to support company operations and meet customer expectations as needed.

  • Develop SAP skills to participate in IT infrastructure opportunities to support company planning operations.
  • Partner with members of Supply Chain and others to proactively address network optimization opportunities, drive process improvements and ensure best in class practices
Qualifications

0-1 years experience required
3-5 years experience preferred
SAP experience preferred
APICs experience preferred

Education

Bachelor's Degree required
