SLED Marketing Analysis (US Remote)
The Market Intelligence Analysis will play an integral role in Arrow ECS' public sector team. In this job, you will work with cutting-edge technology companies that are focused on providing services to state and local governments as well as the education marketplace (SLED). You will support the North America ECS marketing team that conducts research on government and education organizations. This research will be used to help our sales teams grow their account base and marketing to create events in the SLED marketplace. This role is responsible for researching, analyzing, and identifying political mandates and directives, agency budgets, audit reports, procurement forecasts, business cases, and news articles/social media related to a specific public sector organization. The researcher will also be responsible for presenting finding to internal and external executives, business leaders, and Arrow partners. Arrow is a world-wide global leader. What You'll Be Doing
Analyze political mandates and directives, legislation, agency budgets, audit reports, procurement forecasts, business cases, and news articles related to a specific government organization.
Work cross-functionally to define and drive strategic research with Arrow's suppliers, partners, and internal staff.
Provide key deliverables to support sales and marketing efforts such as agency profiles, playbooks, battle cards, target audience profiles, and call lists.
Leverage deep understanding of key technology trends' impact on from the government end-user to the citizens they serve. This research will provide insight to Arrow's thought leadership content to suppliers, partners, and internal stakeholders.

Strong oral and written communications skills. You will read volumes of data and break them down to easily understandable key concepts and themes for the everyday person on how a technology impacts a public sector organization's service to their citizens, students, and key stakeholders.
Education/Experience Requirements:
Minimal 5-10 years' experience in technology research supporting sales and marketing
Demonstrated expertise and background in SLED (State &/or Local Government, Education) market trends.
