Manages pipeline
Manages paperwork
Maintains communication with customers
Receives and maintains inventory of orders
Resolves relevant customer resolution issues
Close measures in the CRM when verified complete
Collect payments/ submit funding for completed jobs
Performs other duties as assigned
Position Requirements
High school Diploma or GED
2+ year of similar administrative support experience; home improvement/construction industry experience a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
CRM (Customer Record Management) experience a plus
Customer-centric mindset
Demonstrated success in deadline-driven and high pressure environment
