Job Description
Primary Duties/Responsibilities
  • Schedules measure appointments
  • Reviews pending measures and verifies product arrival and labor workbooks
  • Manages pipeline
  • Manages paperwork
  • Maintains communication with customers
  • Receives and maintains inventory of orders
  • Resolves relevant customer resolution issues
  • Close measures in the CRM when verified complete
  • Collect payments/ submit funding for completed jobs
  • Performs other duties as assigned
Position Requirements
  • High school Diploma or GED
  • 2+ year of similar administrative support experience; home improvement/construction industry experience a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • CRM (Customer Record Management) experience a plus
  • Customer-centric mindset
  • Demonstrated success in deadline-driven and high pressure environment
