Stericycle has a challenging career opportunity available at the Corporate HQ in Bannockburn, IL for ahighly motivated Senior Financial Analyst to support the company's IT function. Reporting to the Director of Finance - IT, thisrole will provide planning, forecasting and month end support for on-going operations as well as support ad hoc analysis and projects.

• Perform month end close and timely analysis of current results and historical trends for IT
• Perform forecasting, long-range planning and budget activities for IT
• Perform and support ad hoc analysis, including project business cases/ IRR/NPV analysis
• Perform IT project tracking, assessment and insight into the financial split of operating and capital expenses
• Execute on initiatives that create value through cost management, process improvements, and/or improve the quality of deliverables to stakeholders
• Supportthe implementation of the company's new ERP system
• Participate on and/or lead cross functional teams
• Provide ad hoc support to Corporate FP&A team

Skills/Knowledge Required

• Strong analytical and modeling skills, with a strong attention to detail and follow up
• Self-starter with ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, meet or exceed deadlines and maintain flexibility in a fast-paced and service-oriented environment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner and to interface effectively with all levels of the company
• Ability to effectively communicate financial results and the impact of proposed business decisions
• Ability to identify problems and areas of improvement and suggest possible causes and solutions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; advanced knowledge of Excel and data analysis tools
• Strong organization and project management skills
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX and SAP, a plus

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in financial roles, including 2+ years of accounting experience and 1+ year of financial/operational analytical experience
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics
• MBA and/or CPA, a plus
• Experience working with an IT function, a plus
