Job Description
The Treasury Analyst, Americas position will support a broad scope of treasury activities with a primary focus on cash, liquidity, bank management, foreign exchange, and other treasury services for ITW's (roughly $8B) business units in North, Central, and South America. The ideal candidate will possess a solid analytical background along with excellent communication skills and the drive to implement treasury solutions across business units.
The Treasury Analyst will report to the Treasury Operations Manager and work closely with the Treasury team on special projects.
Primary Responsibilities
Provide banking solutions and Treasury advice to business units, as subject matter expert
Manage bank account structures, bank relationships, and online bank portals
Administer treasury services and operational requisites for the America's business units
Support cash-pool structures, commercial paper program, excess cash investment, and payment/collections activities
Maintain treasury internal controls and procedural documentation
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance or Business Administration
At least one year of experience in Corporate Treasury, Finance, Accounting, or Audit
Proficiency in standard business software, (MS Office)
Detail-oriented with solid organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to maintain relationships with business units across a wide range of cultures and geographies
