Position Summary
Inspect, maintain, diagnose, and repair a variety of production and plant facility equipment, including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Perform maintenance activities on automated robotic welding equipment.
Job Description
Perform preventative maintenance on machinery and equipment, such as lubrication and testing
Dissemble machinery and equipment, and replace defective parts and component units
Repair machinery and equipment using a variety of hand and power tools, such as grinders, torches, hammers, and wrenches
Collaborate with Production Engineer to modify Programmable Logic Controllers
Reassemble machinery and equipment and make final adjustments
Test machinery and equipment after repair to ensure proper operation
Record and maintain data of checks, tests, repairs, and parts numbers needed
Assist with mechanical rebuilds, installations, and moves
Utilize mathematical calculations and read diagrams, manuals, and blueprints
Respond to production machine down calls in timely fashion
Order spare parts as needed for equipment
Follow standard work instructions
Perform other duties assigned

Minimum Requirements
Must be able to speak and read basic English to comply with position, Safety, Plant & PPE procedures & requirements
Must be willing to cross-train
Must be able to work company's required overtime
