Job Title: Accounts Payable Specialist

Location: Thornton, IL

Pay: $20-24/hour

Duration/Hiring Type: 6 month contract to hire

Hours: 8am-430 or 7-3:30

Job Description:

• Just finished an SAP implementation
• Process 600 invoices per month
  • 3 way match (mostly will be 3 way match)
  • 2 way match
  • Direct enters for some vendors
  • Service invoices, raw material, shipping
  • You will receive PDF files with the invoices (coming via email) you check the email, print out (or view screen) then enter invoices
• Supporting the Cleveland Ohio sight Automated Invoicing system

Requirements:

• Accounts Payable Experience
• Mid-Large ERP experience
