Staff Attorney-Subrogation

(CHICAGO) (work from home)

We are looking for a sharp, aggressive full-time attorney to join an in-house legal department for a company that provides post-payment recovery services in the healthcare industry.

• Support recovery operations
• Handle and prioritize a variety of tasks and interface with multiple departments, as well as external clients.
• Must have excellent communication skills
• Background in either personal injury, workers' comp and/or health care subrogation.
• Experience handling Mass Tort claims or subrogation, ERISA litigation, Medicare/Medicaid subrogation
• Exp working in an in-house claims environment is a plus.

1-3 years exp and a JD from an accredited law school

Must be licensed to practice law in at least one state.
