Job Description

Position Highlights:

  • Position: PM&R Support Associate
  • Location: Woods Drive, Skokie
  • Hours: Resource
  • Hours: Days - Monday through Thursday
  • 1:00pm - 6:00pm Monday - Thursday. Occasional Friday morning if needed for coverage. Coverage/additional hours for FTE vacations, etc.

What you will need:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Experience: One year of related experience is required; previous administrative experience working in a medical office is preferred
  • Skills: Minimum typing speed of 20 words per minute required.

What you will do:

  • Answer phones
  • Schedule appointments
  • Collect co-pays
  • Complete patient registration
  • Provide other administrative support to the clinic
  • Check in and check out patients
