Myticas Consulting is currently seeking a Benefits Analyst/Support (Covid-19) for a contract position with our direct client based in Chicago, IL.

Top 3-4 Required Experience:

• COVID-19 Support FMLA Other Benefits related Experience
• Follow Through Confidentiality
• Responsible and Detail orientated
• Some HR related experience is a plus

Job Description:

Serves as a liaison between the business community and the IT organization in order to provide technical solutions to meet user needs.

Possesses expertise in the business unit(s) they support, as well as an understanding of the IT organization's systems and capabilities.

Analyzes business partner's operations to understand their strengths and weaknesses to determine opportunities to automate processes and functions.

Assists in the business process redesign and documentation as needed for new technology.

Job Responsibilities:

* Person should be able to jump around in diff benefits processes but mostly covid related activities (employee questions/issues, following CDC and City of Chicago orders)

* Focusing on covid and then possibly supporting FMLA, time entry, and some operational tasks.

* Tuition reimbursement programs will likely be moved to benefits so this individual could take that and run with it.

* Maybe other opportunity to get involved with other items down the line.

* Someone who is able to follow through (not micromanaged, etc).

* Confidentiality is key as they deal with sensitive information. Someone with hat background would be helpful

* Responsibility and detail orientated, dealing with confidentiality agreements, etc.

* Team has a lot of diff. projects going on so ability to follow through is necessary.

* Benefits knowledge would be helpful (annual enrollment, etc.)

* General HR experience works well, as long as they've had some benefits exp.
