Job Description

Do you like working in an environment where you can thrive on things changing and moving quickly, taking calls from customers working with them to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide product information? Are you good at developing a rapport with the customer base, have knowledge of account ownership, be responsive and timely with correspondence and problem resolution, and display a caring attitude? Demonstrate sound judgment in decision making, abiding appropriately to established guidelines and procedures.

Job Responsibilities

  • Work in a positive, team-oriented environment, providing excellent customer service to customers regarding daily transactions, addressing inquiries, and problem resolution
  • Process orders, credits and returns in SAP software program.
  • Receive and analyze customers' requests, provide information requested or ascertain who can best provide the requested information
  • Handle customer calls and conduct additional research when needed. We are not a call center
  • Identify and resolve the customer's issues. Must be able to think outside the box
  • Create and Maintain and Excel spreadsheets

Qualifications

Skills and Expertise

  • Minimum 3+ years of customer service.
  • High school degree
  • Knowledge of SAP a plus
  • Excellent Computer skills
  • Possess strong data entry skills, including both speed and accuracy
  • Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent oral and written skills
  • Ability to Multi-task
  • Superior organizational skills, high level attention to detail is critical
  • Ability to take a project from A-Z with little direction
  • Ability to take direction from management
  • Must be willing to submit to a background check, employment verification, drug test
