Job Description
The Customer Service Representative attracts and retains customers by answering product and service questions, suggesting information about other products and services, processing orders, prepares correspondence and fulfills customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction. The target is to ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Open and maintain customer accounts by recording account information
Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
Maintain financial accounts by processing customer adjustments
Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information
Manage large amounts of incoming calls, inquiries and generate sales leads.
Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution via phone, email or social media
Meet personal/team sales targets and call handling quotas
Interacts professionally with prospects and clients in person, verbally and in written form
Compile reports on overall customer satisfaction
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum 3 years experience in a customer service support role.
