Quantitative Analytics Senior Associate to work in Chicago, Illinois: Model development, ongoing monitoring and validation activities primarily related to anti-money laundering (AML) and fraud. Manage model tuning efforts for Oracle FCCM scenarios. Review and analyze massive data set independent of particular application, breaking down and distinguishing problems to sub-problems in terms of the object to be represented and the operations to be supported, selecting applicable visualization techniques and identifying the right platform within which the solution should be deployed. Analyze the existing software infrastructure and determine the most efficient way to extract, transform and load vast amounts of data. Design and develop ETL (Extract-Transform-Load) software architecture to process data from numerous heterogeneous sources. Requires a Masters degree in Management Information Systems/Comp. Science/Statistics/Economics/Mathematics/Finance/Quant. Fin. Econ. (or equivalent based on evaluation of academic credentials, training and/or experience) as well as twenty-four (24) months in job or job related experience to include model development, ongoing monitoring and validation activities primarily related to anti-money laundering (AML); manage model tuning efforts for Oracle FCCM scenarios; review and analyze massive data set independent of particular application, breaking down and distinguishing problems to sub-problems in terms of the object to be represented and the operations to be supported, selecting applicable visualization techniques and identifying the right platform within which the solution should be deployed; and analyze the existing software infrastructure and determine the most efficient way to extract, transform and load vast amounts of data.
