Aon Inpoint serves clients from offices in Chicago, New York, London, Rotterdam, Singapore, Sydney, and Hong Kong and works with experts from Aon's global network of more than 600 offices in 120 countries.We work with our clients to understand their objectives, address their challenges, develop a deep understanding of market conditions and issues, and create strategies that drive growth opportunities and competitive market advantages.AData Strategy Analystwill:Conduct analysis to support various phases of the client engagement including:Performing data analysis, modeling, and visualization of Aon proprietary data and third party sourcesCollaborating with and supporting project and client leadership in synthesizing findings and identifying strategic insights from analysis of dataCreating efficiencies through automation, including design and implementation of workflows and macrosIdentifying and vetting new data sources to support client initiativesDeveloping analyses for incorporation into client-ready materials (PowerPoint, Excel, Tableau, etc.)Communicating findings among the internal project teamWork with senior management to develop analyses for proposals and create marketing and business development materialSupport the operational needs of Aon Inpoint including internal initiatives such as data utilization strategy, recruiting, marketing, communications, etc.You Bring Knowledge and Expertise:Characteristics of an Ideal Candidate:Strong analytical abilities and a track record of academic successWillingness to learn and solve complex analytical problemsAbility to perform well under pressure, on multiple workstreams, and with tight deadlinesRegularly identifies opportunities to take on additional responsibility and to work more efficientlyStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with clientsWilling to travel at least 10%Willingness / ability to work internationally is a plus, but not requiredEducation and Experience:Bachelors degreeWhat are we looking for?Collaborators, Analytical Thinkers, Problem Solvers, Team Players, Effective Communicators, Relationship Builders and Future Leaders.We aim to recruit a diverse group of professionals who offer varying experiences, backgrounds and strengths to ensure we can continue to offer the most innovative solutions to our clients.
