Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

Our client, in the biotechnologyindustry, is looking for candidates to join their client support team. The successful candidates will be customer focused, have excellentcommunication skills, and strong attention to detail!

Responsibilities:

• Maintains contact with customers before and after the sale
• Responds to customer inquiries
• Recommends price changes based on company/customer relationship
• Resolves production scheduling and shipping/invoicing problems
• Recognizes add-on business opportunities

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma is required, College Degree is preferred
• 2+ years of corporate customer service experience
• Previous order processing experience
• Microsoft Office proficiency

This position will require onsite training for the first 6 months, with the possibility of working remote after training is complete.
