Job Description
6 Month Freelance that could extend
100% Remote

Our global client is looking for an individual that can run queries via IQL to pull data from various sources within their existing internal database to measure current programs/campaigns, communicate the findings, create process and tools for team members to use in the future (via recorded video modules and/or manuals) that will improve measurement of program success and access to reporting via Tableau. They will need to be a strong communicator both verbally and written since they will be working with individuals on a global level - APAC (Asia-Pacific) , EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa) as well as North America. They will also be working with the various time zones so need to understand proper communication and response times.

Requirements:

  • 4-7 years prior experience in a Global Marketing Operations and Analyst support role.

Operations:

  • Work with different teams (Internal department heads and external vendors) to create, manage and streamline reporting figures and processes.
  • Ensure accuracy and on-time submission of all performance figures and associatedanalysis/reports.
  • Communicate clearly and ensure alignment with different teams (across timezones - APAC, EMEA, North America) on updates.
  • Undertake necessary educational sessions to drive understanding and adoption amongst different teams on processesbeing created / data being shared and collected.

Analysis:

  • Responsible for summarizing and pulling out key insights from the data and figures gather.
  • Create standardized reporting formats and provide periodically timely updates to leadership on trends, variations, reasons for variations, etc.
  • Proficient in using tools like Excels, Google Sheets

Additional Skills:

  • Experience in working in Tableau, IQL
  • Experiencewith Marketo/Salesforce
