Job Description:
We are Hiring Immediately for a Warehouse CSR position in an exciting warehouse facility! Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Communicating with customers through various channels.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
  • Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
  • Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
  • More responsibilities may be assigned upon hire.

Job Requirements:

  • Must be able to work 2nd shift and flexible hours
  • Experience in a 3PL warehouse
  • Knowledge in shipping/receiving (all documentation, driver check-in/out, etc.)
  • Experience with WMS
  • Following and executing vendor routing requirements
  • Experience with MS Excel, Outlook
