What You Will Do

We are looking for a high energy, detail-oriented, and creative person to join the team as our Analyst -

Sales Ops. Your primary responsibility will be sales enablement and support. You will collaborate with all

Chomps Team Members, Broker Partners and Distributor Partners. You will be a game changer by

optimizing our Sales Tools, Sales Support, and communication with the Chomps Sales Team.

Responsibilities

Sales Tools:
  • Maintain and input promo calendar into Trade Management software [Modus] with direction from regional sales managers
  • Sales Operations & Planning software Inputs [Modus]
  • Project Management/CRM support [Wrike]
  • Manage internal deduction management process
Sales Support:
  • 1WS, GS1, IX One & Syndigo
  • Lead the new Item/new customer set up process
  • Distributor item management [KeHE/UNFI]
  • Data entry and reporting -> includes brief analysis with any key call outs from data
  • Sales Scorecarding - updating sales tools and templates
  • Syndicated data uploads [Redfox]
  • Run the Broker Commission payment reports monthly
Ad Hoc Analysis
  • Support monthly sales team forecast reviews: forecast vs. actuals
  • PO frequency and quantity analysis
  • Assist in tracking account-level performance via syndicated data (SPINS) & distributor data (KeHE & UNFI)

Who You Are
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
  • 0-2 years of experience in Consumer Packaged Goods, ideally in a fast paced environment.
  • Prior industry experience in food, CPG, and/or grocery/natural is Preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Outstanding communication (both verbal and written) and relationship management skills
