Job Description

Thiscontract to hire roleas a Reporting Analyst inChicago, IL is responsible for gathering data, analyzing data, and preparing reports including disseminating information from various sources and systems. This position supports operations activities, supports projects and initiatives and resolve issues by working with staff within the department or across departments. This position involves understanding operations and processes to impact operations and provide solutions. This role is on site.

Responsibilities:

*Responsible for gathering data, analyzing data and developing and preparing report using various systems and sources.

*Assist with projects or initiatives.

*Receive inquiries and conduct research and resolve issues including working across departments.

*Prepare communications in the dissemination of information, resolution of issues, or support of activities.

*May provide training as needed or develop training materials, manuals, etc.

*Communicate and interact effectively and professionally with co-workers, management, customers, etc.

*Comply with HIPAA, Diversity Principles, Corporate Integrity, Compliance Program policies and other applicable

*corporate and departmental policies.

*Maintain complete confidentiality of company business.

*Maintain communication with management regarding development within areas of assigned responsibilities and perform special projects as required or requested.

Requirements:


*Bachelor's Degree and 3 years reporting experience OR 7 years reporting experience

*Experience developing reports from systems and analyzing data.

*PC proficiency to include Word, Excel, Access or PeopleSoft Financial application.

*Verbal and written communication skills including interpersonal skills to work with peers or across departments to resolve issues or complete projects/initiatives.

*Problem resolution skills.

*Ability to work with highly sensitive and confidential information.
