The Assembler will be responsible for using work instructions and hand tools to build industrial sweeping machines. Person in this role will need to use screw guns, sockets, wrenches, and other power tools to assembly hydraulic, electrical, and sub assembly parts. There are 4 different assembly stations, that get progressively more difficult that include installing the brakes, tires, engine, lift arms, radiator, hoses, harnesses, sub assemblies, electrifying the machine, and installing the sheet metal and hopper in the final assembly. Each assembly station is approximately 4-5 hours worth of labor per station.
