Job Description
ExamSoft Worldwide (a Turnitin company) is seeking a high-energy, flexible, and detail-oriented Implementation Consultant I/II, who possesses a passion for helping customers navigate onboarding. The Implementation Consultant I/II will be responsible for providing in-depth consulting services, using advanced functional knowledge, and advanced product expertise to manage new customer implementations. This role will report to the Manager, Client Engagement & Implementation. They will be proficientin SaaS project management, aligning teams and projects, and building strong relationships with customers.

Responsibilities And Duties
Own the client onboarding process for assigned clients
Proactively drive project timelines and deliverables, and successfully hold customer and internal teams accountable to timelines and applicable deliverables to drive cost effective practices
Effectively and accurately communicate relevant implementation information to the client, Integrations team, Training team, and Customer Success team
Strategically transition customers to assigned team during each hand off to ensure customer success
Review new customer contracts and ensure all relevant information is documented and client database is properly configured
Utilize project scheduling and control tools to monitor projects plans
Facilitate customer integrations with the Integrations team
Outline and execute implementation project plan to ensure client goals are achieved, and lead regular check-ins with clients in accordance with their onboarding package
Identify at risk clients and work with management or senior team members to initiate remediation plans
Employ project management best practices to drive successful software implementation and achieve clients' goals
Willingness to work a flexible schedule to accommpdate clients in multiple global time zones
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
3-5 years of experience supporting delivery of development projects or customer management
Familiarity with remote presentation softwares (Zoom, GTM, etc)
Proficiency with client relationship management tools (Salesforce) and project management systems (TaskRay)
Exceptional communication skills including verbal, written, and presentation skills
Proven ability to work effectively both independently and in a team-based environment
Familiarity with basic integration set up and troubleshooting protocols
Demonstrated willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
Ability to flex your work schedule to serve global clients in multiple time zones
Proven ability to manage multiple ongoing projects, preferably in a SaaS organization, with strong organizational skills
