Location: For this role we are open to remote work anywhere in the United States or Canada within the Eastern or Central time zones.

The Business Operations Analyst is a motivated, self-starter who will support the success of the Services group on behalf of Finance by working by with our team in Mauritius to ensure that the most accurate projects are set up for implementation using our internal systems, primarily NetSuite and SFDC. The Operations Analyst will join the Services - Finance team to participate and drive the administrative lifecycle of projects from project creation to project completion including setup, maintenance, closure and/or cancellation.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Gain foundational understanding of current and future business processes.
  • Be able to read a customer contract and understand how a project in NS/SFDC must be set up to accommodate the terms.
  • The ability to pivot between job functions quickly, ensuring quality and on-time delivery.
  • Back up for other Services - Finance functions within NA and Mauritius.
  • Problem solve with the ability to effectively troubleshoot to identify root causes and recommend and develop effective solutions to either improve an existing workflow or create a new one.
  • Participate in special projects, process improvements and initiatives as required.
  • Team oriented with the ability to mentor others in understanding the nature of the whole application.

EDUCATIONAL/SKILL/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3-5 years of work experience (NetSuite, SFDC with Financial Force or similar applications for ERP, CRM or Ecommerce)
  • Skills and Qualifications
  • Problem solving skills with the ability to effectively troubleshoot problems to identify root causes and recommend and develop effective solutions
  • Minimum 3 years of experience NetSuite and/or SFDC preferably with Financial Force or similar applications for ERP, CRM or Ecommerce
  • Proven ability to document requirements, issues, and outcomes
  • Excellent organization, communication, presentation, and collaboration skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Experience with change management and process adoption
  • Experience working with professional services organizations is a plus
