The successful candidate will be a highly motivated, detail, process and customer service oriented individual focused on meeting the needs of a growing and dynamic sales team by driving accuracy, efficiencies, and improvements.
This position demands a mid-level understanding of process and procedures that drive a successful sales organization. Initially, the role of Sales Operations Coordinator will be expected to gain a full understanding of the Sales Operations department from quote to order and will assist/back up the Sales Operations Supervisor.
In addition, he or she will gain an understanding of the software that is used within the department such as ServiceNow, ConnectWise and NetSuite, and will be responsible for managing the team's group email account.
This person will be expected to work closely with RKON's fast-paced sales team. He or she will become familiar with the products RKON sells and the vendors and manufacturers we work with. He or she will also become competent in processing, and following up on, purchase orders.
This position works in a team-oriented, cross-departmental environment. The candidate must build and maintain effective working relationships both internally and externally.
