Performs all daily Opening and Closing procedures correctly and independently. Schedules meetings and conference calls. Filing and maintaining medical records according to Abbott medical records policy. Performing accurate, legal, ethical documentation at all times. Front and back office support. Respond to emergencies. Regularly checks for adequate stock of forms and reorders, copies and stocks additional forms as needed to ensure an adequate supply is on hand at all times. Can assess nature of employee's question and promptly refer incoming calls to the correct staff member for resolution. Audit medical records and refer to appropriate staff member for action. First aid/CPR. Demonstrates understanding of medical surveillance/PPE requirements. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office tools. Learn and understand additional software require for job performance. High School graduate or GED, Medical Assistant certification, plus 0-2 years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience. 0-2 years of related training and experience as a Medical Assistant
