Description:
P Candidates will be troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues on their injection mold machines (Wittmann and Husky) Open to industry candidates do not need to come from plastics. Candidates will also be responsible for some facility maintenance working on compressors/chillers and work on electrical panels. There will also be work on minor plumbing and HVAC work.
Mechanically candidates will change out oil, grease machines, change out belts/hoses/barrings, and repair conveyor systems and other mechanical components on injection mold machines. Candidates will also be asked to conduct facility maintenance repairs which could be minor plumbing/HVAC, carpentry, fire sprinkler systems, and overhead lights. Candidates must have experience with Hydraulic systems/pumps.
Electrically candidates must have experience working on voltages from 12v-480v, repairing/replacing AC/DC motors and be able to read a schematic. A majority of the job will be electrical repairs on the injection mold machinery which mainly have to do with the timing of the machine. Candidates with PLC troubleshooting experience are preferred. Candidates may also be asked to run power, wire/rewire different components of injection mold machines.
Any type of welding or fabrication experience is a plus
Plastics experience is a plus

Night shift: 6:00pm-6:00am work every other weekend
$20.00-$32.00 an hour DOE
