A FinTech Consumer Lender is looking for an Associate General Counsel/Compliance Director to keep up with the growth that they have been experiencing as an organization. The primary responsibility of this position will be to build out the organization's enterprise Compliance program and act in an advisory position to the Board of Directors in regards to next best practice based on regulatory changes that occur.

You will also be responsible for conducting internal audits and compliance gap analysis/testing to ensure the program being put in place is compliant with regulatory standards, as well as being an overall SME for Consumer Lending Compliance.

Requirements:

• JD and admitted to a State Bar
• Expertise in UDAAP, Fair Lending, FCRA, TILA, GLBA
• Experience building a Lending Compliance program
