Description:

We currently have an opening for a Customer Service Representative! This position is based in our Itasca, Illinois office.

The Customer Service Representative's responsibility is to ensure customers receive the best export services possible by processing booking requests and handles customer-related inquiries concerning the movement of their shipments.

Position Duties:

-Taking international bookings and handling global customer-related activities working with Accounts.

-Provide customers with accurate and timely cargo rates via phone and email.

-Assist with EDI bookings to the terminal.

-Receive approvals for hazardous materials to ensure cargo is handled properly by all parties.

-Ensures all information is accurately documented in the booking system by handling data entry.

Hours:

Monday through Friday

8am to 5pm
