Job Description

Role/Responsibilities

We are seeking a Talent Operations Associate to join BTG's Talent Acquisition and Talent Solutions team. As a Talent Operations Associate, you will be responsible for helping to maintain and optimize our talent acquisition processes while also improving engagement with our talent. You will have the unique opportunity to manage and drive programs and new initiatives and take on varied progressive responsibilities. Role can beFT Virtual or in-office.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Conduct introductory calls with talent and respond to general talent inquiries
  • Create posts for talent acquisition boards; track and help analyze acquisition tactics across various channels
  • Provide ongoing and ad-hoc analysis on talent segments as well as talent funnel through utilization of SFDC data and creation and utilization of reports and dashboards
  • Engage with Talent Solutions and Client Development and Management teams to collect feedback on talent priorities to ensure talent supply meets demand
  • Assist with process improvement initiatives to enhance overall long-term and short-term talent acquisition tactics as well as talent on boarding and overall experience
  • Promote certain talent segments actively to cross-functional teams to increase deployment of talent for opportunities
  • Track and execute project referral, talent referral, Talent Advisory Council, and other talent engagement programs
  • Ensure talent facing materials are up to date in collaboration with marketing
  • Assist with strategic and operational projects and cross-functional initiatives with Talent Solutions and Technology teams
  • May be asked to support talent onboarding or direct talent acquisition activities from time to time


Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition, Staffing or Operations with an interest in recruiting and business
  • Professional phone and video presence; possesses confidence and maturity interacting with senior executives and talent across various corporations/industries
  • Polished communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Data driven with solid analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable with numbers, analyses, and systems
  • Demonstrated attention to detail, highly organized, and process oriented; able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • A positive, can-do attitude with eagerness to take on new challenges and collaborate with a team
  • Ability to receive and implement feedback in a fast-paced environment
  • Interest in process improvement including utilizing technology and Salesforce
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • BA/BS degree required
