Order Processor- $15/hour- Chicago, IL - ON-SITE
Receive and process incoming orders for materials, merchandise, classified ads, or services such as repairs, installations, or rental of facilities. Duties include informing customers of receipt, prices, shipping dates, and delays; preparing contracts; and handling complaints.
Ideal Candidate:
* High energy, friendly and professional individuals who are passionate about helping others and delivering exceptional customer service.
* A customer-centric, customer is always right, white glove level of service type of mentality.
* Experience working in a call center that sells product/merchandise would be a plus.
* Experience working in a call center supporting consumers that purchase products for fundraising activities would be a plus as a large percent of their sales come from schools, churches, and other organizations' that purchase their products for fundraising.
* A steady job history, with demonstrated passion for providing excellent customer service..
* Previous work history interacting with a direct sales force would be a plus.
* Experience with SAP or CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
* Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required.
