Collision Representative

For this position, we are looking for candidates with excellent customer service skills and experience.

Auto Representative

For this position, we are looking for candidates withexcellent customer service skills and experience.

Responsibilities:

• Receiving inbound emergency calls from customers who are in an accident and need help arranging tows, rentals, glass and collision repairs, etc.
• Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure your customer receives all necessary repairs this includes data entry into the company's database.
• Provide clear explanations of the claims to drivers.
• Follow-Up throughout the process to ensure the repairs are conducted in a timely manner to reduce further expenses for clients.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Basic MS Office
• 3+ years Call Center/ Customer Service Experience
• Any Automotive/Dispatch or insurance experience is a PLUS!!
