Job Description

Smart Resources/Accountable Search has joined with a payment processing firm in search of a Customer Service Representative. This is a great company located in downtown Chicago. The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience, strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. This role will be a hybrid position.


Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Process payments for clients
  • Assist agents, dealers, and administrators with customer issues
  • Process customers' incoming correspondence by reviewing, sorting and investigating content
  • Prepare production reports
  • Maintain relationships by investigating and resolving billing errors


Experience:

  • Previous customer service experience
  • Strong organizational skills are very important for this role
  • Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls
