Description:

• Assisting the Flavor Chemist in the development of flavors for internal and external customers.
• Will be following a formula and weighing out multiple raw materials on an analytical balance to making the flavors. Will be weighing in ppm and ppb so needs to be very detail oriented.
• This position is primarily responsible for compounding flavors to support customer needs
• Evaluation of flavors using sensory analysis.
• Use of an electronic lab notebook

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in the sciences or equivalent related experience and/or training; Ideal degree is Chemistry or Biology. 0-2 years of experience.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office
• This position requires the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines, be detail oriented, and able to work with a team.
