What You Will Be Doing
Perform compliance testing to ensure mortgage loan documents follow federal and state regulations as well as agency requirements.
Perform compliance testing on denial/withdrawn files
Research and respond to compliance inquiries from Sales and Operations
Provide support with other compliance needs as required
What You Need for this Position
At Least 2 Years Experience With
Quality control, or compliance-related space within residential lending
Held this position previously
Basic understanding of Fannie Mae & Freddie MAC; VA & FHA loans; and governmental & agency requirements and processing systems.
