What You Will Be Doing
- Perform compliance testing to ensure mortgage loan documents follow federal and state regulations as well as agency requirements.
- Perform compliance testing on denial/withdrawn files
- Research and respond to compliance inquiries from Sales and Operations
- Provide support with other compliance needs as required
At Least 2 Years Experience With
- Quality control, or compliance-related space within residential lending
- Held this position previously
- Basic understanding of Fannie Mae & Freddie MAC; VA & FHA loans; and governmental & agency requirements and processing systems.
