This individual will support the Company's financial quarterly forecast, annual budgeting process, operating plan variance analysis and special projects. This individual will also provide financial consulting and strategic support to senior management including preparing board presentations, financial presentations, industry/peer group comparisons, new business opportunities, acquisition analysis and other projects requested by senior management. The FP&A function acts as the analytical engine of the company to provide insights and support 'optimal' business decision making. This individual will report to the Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

*Support the Company's annual budgeting process and quarterly forecasts.

*Prepare and analyze monthly Business Unit financial results.

*Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, and operating expenses.

*Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance.

*Support continual development of Budgeting, Financial Forecasting, Operating Plan and Modeling tools.

*Support 5-year long range plans.

*Ad-Hoc Reporting and Analysis.

*Work with Business Intelligence tools and Dashboard reports.

*Develop and support financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives.

*Analyze complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision making purposes.

*Support Senior Management Team, Departments heads and accounting team with in-depth analysis.

*Prepare presentations to Board of Directors and Senior Management Team.

Qualifications:

*Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.

*Eager to learn about the business and create supportive financial analytics that drive business decisions.

*Experience with NetSuite.

*Working knowledge of budgeting, data visualization and business intelligence software and tools.

*Strong financial acumen and analytical ability.

*Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

*Ability to build and interpret pro forma financial models

*Great standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized.

*Ability to think creatively, highly-driven and self-motivated.

*Demonstrated ability to roll-up sleeves and work with team members in a hands-on management capacity.

Education/and or Experience:

*Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related quantitative discipline required; MBA preferred

*4+ years of financial analysis or related experience

*Extensive experience in healthcare, preferably pharmaceuticals

*Experience in fast growing and private equity financed companies
