Reporting to our VP of Operations & Strategy, the Strategic Operations Associate will be in charge of providing business insights to help accelerate Array's strategic decision making. This position will work cross-functionally to establish frameworks to drive our growth plans.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform and leverage data-driven analyses to support and develop business strategy and decision making
  • Work with subject matter specialists and research platforms to analyze current industry trends, expansion product and customer vertical opportunities and make data driven recommendations of the best path forward
  • Synthesize and Author industry and market update with latest news and trends for broader Array team
  • Create sector market maps and actively monitor and gather competitive intelligence for Array corporate development and strategy
  • Support and operationalize Array's M&A process in existing and adjacent markets including sourcing, financial modeling, due diligence, and integration of deal
  • Assist with pipeline management of partnership, M&A, customer and strategic introductions
  • Monitor business performance across key metrics and support investor relations reporting and communications
  • Structure and manage strategic advisor program
  • Work cross functionally with sales, product, and finance
  • Provide ad hoc data analysis for the executive team

Skills & Qualifications:

  • At least 2-4 years of start-up or investment banking / management consulting experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree from top-tier university
  • Highly proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and G Suite
  • Experience with Salesforce, Looker and other business analytics tools
  • Quantitative Analysis and Financial Modeling proficiency
  • A quick learner that enjoys tackling open-ended problems
  • An excellent and structured verbal and written communicator
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, innovative work environment
  • Energized by trying new things, and enjoy making an impact
