What You Will Be Doing
- Work with retail and wholesale team to ensure loans requirements are being met
- Support and manage a strong pipeline
- Create analysis and assessments of all risk factors
- Underwrite mortgage loans submitted by other departments that meet company policy
- Communicate with internal and external parties regarding status and accuracy of documentation
- 5+ years of mortgage underwriting work experience.
- FHA Direct Endorsement designation and/or VA SAR/LAPP designation
- DU and LP experience
- Experience working in a paperless environment preferred
