Position:
The client service associate will support portfolio manager in client service and operations to ensure clients receive an exceptional level of service.
Responsibilities:
*Work with portfolio manager and prioritize dynamic workflowwhile open/close accounts and facilitate money movements
*Coordinate client account openings and client onboarding with custodians and internal staff in a seamless manner, ensuring excellent client experience
*Maintain up to-date client records, and provide planning support
*Prepare client and prospect meeting materials
*Support portfolio manager and clients in a variety of projects, including client meetings
