Job Description

Position:

The client service associate will support portfolio manager in client service and operations to ensure clients receive an exceptional level of service.

Responsibilities:

*Work with portfolio manager and prioritize dynamic workflowwhile open/close accounts and facilitate money movements

*Coordinate client account openings and client onboarding with custodians and internal staff in a seamless manner, ensuring excellent client experience

*Maintain up to-date client records, and provide planning support

*Prepare client and prospect meeting materials

*Support portfolio manager and clients in a variety of projects, including client meetings

Qualifications:

  • 3 years minimum work experience, preferably in the financial service industry

*Possess a strong desire to cultivate client relationships

  • In-depth interpersonal skills
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Well-organized and detail-oriented, must be able to multi-task
  • Proficient Intermediate/Advanced level in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Ability to collaborate and work well as a team player


Education:

  • Bachelor's degree
