This position will be expected to work on Central Standard Time hours (8am -5pm CST).

Position Description:

The Financial Reporting Analyst will assist the Equity Asset Management team with gathering, reviewing, analyzing, and distributing reporting obligations to stakeholders and investors. The Equity Asset Management group manages a large portfolio of commercial real estate assets and community investments.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with quarterly reports through collection, organization, and analysis of property and market information.
  • Monthly and quarterly reporting responsibilities which include audits, budgets, financial reports, tax returns, and insurance certificates.
  • Support special projects by compiling data, generating reports, and participating in deal meetings.
  • Maintain accuracy of real estate files and databases.
  • Other special projects as assigned

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working within Financial data Analytics, Reporting, and/or Modeling
  • Proficiency utilizing MS Excel (Advanced)
