Job Description

Corporate Customer Account Specialist

(Monday to Wednesday)

What you'll do:

You'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients and their employees regarding their company mobile device. You'll be diagnosing, troubleshooting and resolving issues regarding ordering, billing enquiries, software issues, and helping them to gain platform access. You'll be working on the telephone, via a portal, on live chat and via email, so they'll be plenty of variety to your working day. You'll also be completing tickets in your queue within pre-set time limits, so the ability to prioritize your own work is essential. This is a high-volume role, supporting our corporate customers, you'll be working through several items simultaneously- taking calls, handling 2-3 live chats at a time, and working on multiple client in-boxes, so you must be happy working in a fast-paced setting. You're not going to be pushed to complete a call every 3 mins, we prefer to work under "first call resolution" goals, ensuring the customer has their issues handled properly and completely first time. You're going to get great training and be supported by exceptional managers, who will ensure you have what you need to succeed in the role.

You will be working an 8-hour shift (either 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm Eastern), Monday to Wednesday, which will also include any holidays.
