If you are smart and have a strong track record of delivering quality information using the latest data analysis tools, you could be the key player working with top management and financial data to enable key strategic decisions. In addition to traditional FP&A, budgeting and forecasting, you will be performing cross-functional data analysis and make recommendations to top management that affect the entire business and its execution of short and long term strategies.

- Fully remote role with a fast growing, high tech, international company
If you are smart and have a strong track record of delivering quality information using the latest data analysis tools, you could be the key player working with top management and financial data to enable key strategic decisions. In addition to traditional FP&A, budgeting and forecasting, you will be performing cross-functional data analysis and make recommendations to top management that affect the entire business and its execution of short and long term strategies.
Key responsibilities
- Multi-year financial modeling.
- Annual and quarterly budget planning cycles and monthly rolling forecast.
- Monthly and quarterly financial and management reporting, analyzing financial results and variances, assessing business performance and risks, and communicating key messages to the senior management team.
- Understand business drivers and provide KPI tracking and management dashboards.
- Building and tracking of cost and price models and understanding of the business impacts.
- Cash management, foreign exchange, treasury to maximize cash on hand and limit foreign exchange exposure.
- Continually improve the current processes, tools and methodologies for budgeting, forecasting, analysis and financial reporting to improve efficiency, accuracy, timeliness and level of support for the business.
- Ad-hoc analysis for investor relations, cost and price analysis, and M&A.
- Communicate with financial and non-financial, top management and people at all levels
- Provide concise, impactful analysis, verbally, in writing and using tech tools
- BS degree in Business, with major in Accounting, Finance or Analytics a plus
- 3+ years of relevant experience within corporate finance, FP&A, or data science using large data sets for financial modeling
- Recent experience with high-growth technology company a plus
- Advanced Excel experience and Google/GSuite and GSheets a Plus.
- Experience with business analytic software and/or SQL a plus
- Fluent in English.
