Title: SALES SUPPORT /Order Entry OPENING
Location: BOLINGBROOK
Pay: $23/HR.
Duration: CONTRACT TO HIRE
Hours: M-F 8a - 5p
Responsibilities:
* Process customer orders
* Confirming customer shipments with logistics
* Validation of customer pricing and products
* Issue customer credits
* Process customer returns and replacement orders
* Update customer database for new and existing customers
* Ensure all orders are processed on timely basis
* Communicate with dealer/account managers with all aspects relating to an order
* Works with Finance, Supply Chain and Logistics teams to resolve and issues with credit, inventory availability or shipment issues
Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Minimum 3-5 years of inside or outside sales experience
* Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Strong working knowledge of SAP
Title: Customer Service / Sales Support/ Order Entry
Location: Downers Grove, Illinois
Pay: $18- $22/hr depending on experience
Duration: CONTRACT TO HIRE
Hours: M-F 9:30 a - 6p
Responsibilities:
* Identify, research and resolve customer problems using various tools such as business system, product literature, and internal resources.
* Quote pricing and delivery for customers via phone, fax, e-mail and customer portals.
* Facilitate customer orders and confirm delivery dates with Manufacturing or appropriate Distribution centers.
* Coordinate logistical flow of items throughout company to fulfill customer requirements. This is accomplished with a high level of personal communication as well as inter-company sales and purchase orders
* Contact customers to follow up on customer inquiries or to notify them of any planned resolutions to their concerns.
* Monitor current, overdue and upcoming order delivery obligations to insure delivery requirements will be met to the customer's satisfaction.
* Maintain close working relationship with outside sales personnel and ensure cohesive sales and customer support strategy.
* Ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining company values, interests and margin targets
Requirements:
* 1 + years customer service from a manufacturer or distributor
* Experience with entering customer orders
* SAP or similar ERP experience
